About
Founder, Operator & Consultant
I co-founded Oba! (2020-2025) 
, a vegan gelato brand distributed nationally across Switzerland through Migros, Coop and Aldi. I scaled production from 90kg to 300kg per day, built cold chain logistics and co-manufacturing networks from scratch, and negotiated with some of Europe's largest retailers.
Over five years I developed and launched a full product range including single-serve cups in 8 flavours, discovery packs, pint formats, seasonal Christmas cakes and ready-to-bake cookie dough. I understand the full product lifecycle from concept to retail shelf.
I know what founders don't know they don't know. I've made the mistakes, had the conversations with buyers, worked with the producers, and built the systems. That experience is what I bring to the founders I work with.
I'm based in Sweden, fluent in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish, and have deep knowledge of the French, Swiss and Nordic markets.
